Christina grew up on Vancouver Island on the west coast of Canada surrounded by ocean and mountain and beautiful evergreen trees.
She's been taking photos from the time she was in elementary school when her parents bought her her first camera after seeing shots she'd taken at a family wedding. As she grew up she developed a passion for black and white photography and working in the darkroom, followed by her Bachelors in Fine Arts at Emily Carr University of Art and Design. Wherever life has led her, there's always been a camera at her side.
In 2012, she packed up life in Canada and embarked on a journey to France where she now lives. When she's not working you might find her on her bike (with basket and bell, of course) sipping a nice glass of wine or exploring yet another hidden corner of this incredible country.
If you'd like to know more about Christina you can also find her over at her blog Vine and the Olive
There are a million and one incredible locations to choose from whether it be a Parisian café, the Eiffel Tower, the Lavender fields of Provence, the beauty of the Riviera or the vineyards of Champagne just to name a few.
I like to consider the entire country my workspace. With such a beautiful country to work with, I can't help but want to enjoy it as much as possible. But if you're looking for a more classic setting or posed portraits the studio is always available but whenever possible I encourage my clients to take the shoot outdoors and enjoy the best of what France has to offer, rain or shine, I embrace it all.
The question becomes: where would you like to be photographed?
